Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of FinOpsAI, a GCP cost intelligence platform operated by SamSoft Technologies. By using FinOpsAI, you agree to these terms.
Plain English Summary: FinOpsAI helps you detect and fix GCP cost anomalies. You own your data. We never execute changes without your explicit approval. Our AI recommends — you decide. Use responsibly and within your GCP permissions.
01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FinOpsAI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
02Description of Service
FinOpsAI is a B2B SaaS platform that provides:
- GCP billing anomaly detection using statistical analysis on BigQuery data
- AI-powered root cause analysis via Claude Sonnet 4.5
- Remediation recommendations with exact gcloud commands
- Human-in-the-Loop governance with full audit trail
- Multi-tenant architecture with complete data isolation
Important: FinOpsAI does NOT automatically execute any GCP commands or make changes to your infrastructure. All remediation actions require explicit human approval via the Fix Now confirmation flow.
03Subscription Plans and Billing
FinOpsAI offers the following subscription plans:

$149/mo
50 agent analyses/hour · 10 projects · Team access
Enterprise
$499/mo
Unlimited analyses · Unlimited projects · SLA + Support
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe
- Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount
- Unused credits do not carry forward to the next billing period
- You may cancel your subscription at any time — no refunds for partial months
- Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance
04Your Responsibilities
By using FinOpsAI, you agree to:
- Provide accurate GCP service account credentials with appropriate permissions
- Ensure your use of FinOpsAI complies with your organization's security policies
- Review all AI recommendations before approving Fix Now actions
- Not use the Service to access GCP projects you are not authorized to manage
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Comply with all applicable laws including the DPDP Act 2023
05Data Ownership
You own your data. SamSoft Technologies claims no ownership over your GCP billing data, credentials, or any data generated through your use of FinOpsAI. We process your data solely to provide the Service.
- Your GCP billing data remains in your GCP project at all times
- Action cards and audit logs generated by FinOpsAI belong to you
- You can export or delete your data at any time
- Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
06AI Disclaimer
AI Recommendations Disclaimer: FinOpsAI uses AI to generate cost analysis and remediation recommendations. These recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and should be reviewed by qualified engineers before execution. SamSoft Technologies is not liable for any infrastructure changes made based on AI recommendations.
- AI analysis may occasionally produce incorrect or incomplete recommendations
- Always review gcloud commands before executing them manually
- Test remediation commands in non-production environments first
- FinOpsAI does not guarantee specific cost savings amounts
07Service Availability
- We target 99.5% uptime for paid plans (Starter and above)
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance
- Enterprise plan customers receive a formal SLA with credits for downtime
- We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (GCP, Anthropic, Firebase)
08Prohibited Uses
You may not use FinOpsAI to:
- Access GCP projects or billing data you are not authorized to view
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models or algorithms
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of regulations
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent
- Conduct automated attacks, scraping, or abuse of our API rate limits
- Circumvent any security or authentication measures
09Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SamSoft Technologies shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
- Infrastructure changes made based on AI recommendations
- Data loss resulting from deletion of GCP resources based on our recommendations
- Third-party service outages (Google Cloud, Anthropic, Firebase)
Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
